During the last five years, New Teacher Center (NTC) has conducted its Teaching, Empowering, Leading and Learning (TELL) Survey in more than 20 states. Drawing upon this extensive work, we are excited to announce the release of our new TELL Resource Library.

My NTC colleagues and I are pleased to see so much recent acknowledgement of the importance of supportive conditions to maximize the impact of great teaching. Data from our Teaching and Learning Conditions Initiative demonstrates that educators who report having strong school leadership, sufficient resources and support, and a manageable workload have higher achieving students. Former National Education Association executive director John Wilson understands this, too.
